For a long time, Elements pricing was simple: $299 per month.
That worked well for firms that already knew they wanted to bring Elements into their client experience. But it also created a gap for firms that were curious, interested, or still figuring out whether Elements fit the way they like to work with clients.
We want to close that gap.
Elements is most valuable when advisors can experience it with real client conversations. It is one thing to see a demo. It is another thing to use the Elements Scorecard, look at a client’s financial vitals, and decide whether that style of planning feels natural for your firm.
So we are introducing a new pricing model that makes it easier to get started.
What’s Changing
Elements now has three self-serve pricing options.
Free: 0-5 clients
The Free plan is designed for firms that want to try Elements with a small number of clients before making a bigger commitment.
You can use the Elements planning tools, build Scorecards, and see how the framework fits into your client conversations. The Free plan does not include account aggregation, and it is limited to 5 clients.
Core: 6+ clients, $149/month
Core is for firms that are ready to use Elements more broadly with clients.
It includes unlimited clients and the core Elements planning workflow for ongoing financial health conversations.
Pro: 6+ clients, $299/month
Pro is for firms that want the expanded Elements experience.
It includes everything in Core, plus account aggregation (Plaid, MorningStar), AI features, messaging, mobile tools, and expanded capabilities for firms that want a more complete client engagement platform.
You can see the full plan comparison on our updated pricing page.
Why We’re Making This Change
We believe advisors should be able to try Elements in the same way they would actually use it: with real clients, real conversations, and real planning workflows.
The old model made that harder. If the only self-serve option is $299 per month, a firm has to make a bigger decision before it has had a chance to really understand the fit.
The new Free plan gives firms room to explore.
You can test Elements with a handful of clients, see how the Scorecard changes the conversation, and decide whether it belongs in your process. If it clicks, you can upgrade when your firm is ready to use Elements with more clients or needs additional tools like account aggregation, AI, messaging, and mobile access.
What This Means for Existing Customers
If you are already using Elements through an existing subscription, partner initiative, or firm arrangement, your current setup does not automatically change because of this announcement.
This update is primarily about making Elements easier to try and easier to adopt going forward. If anything about your account needs to change, we will communicate with you directly.
A Better Starting Point
Our goal is simple: make it easier for advisor firms to discover whether Elements fits the way they want to serve clients.
Some firms will start with 2 or 3 clients. Some will grow into Core. Others will need Pro right away because they want aggregation, mobile tools, AI, and more advanced client engagement features.
That is exactly why we are moving to a clearer pricing model.
Start small, learn with real clients, and choose the plan that fits how your firm wants to work.
